The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen at The Manor Academy for a friendly and experienced Receptionist to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering a customer focused front line reception service, providing a professional welcome to visitors and dealing politely and efficiently with face-to-face enquiries from staff, students, families and outside agencies who present themselves at the school reception.
The person:
The successful candidate will be able to use specialist ICT equipment sensitively and confidentially, they will have effective communication skills to provide a welcoming reception for visitors, staff and students. The ideal candidate will be customer focused and have experience of working on a busy reception desk.
