What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who can provide effective wellbeing and academic support to students who are withdrawn from mainstream lessons for short periods of time.  Additionally, we are looking for someone who can provide administrative support to ensure that a targeted group of students are able to have positive outcomes.

We are looking for a talented individual to promote well-being, student attainment, achievement and attendance through targeted support and intervention with particular emphasis on the pupil premium and vulnerable cohorts of students.

What the school offers its staff

This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Reflect Room, including liaising with staff, arranging bookings and ensuring students are completing relevant work. The post holder will provide students with a high quality, personalised learning experience which contributes to their continuing education.
