The Role
Are you ready to play a key role in a friendly, supportive village school community?
We are looking for an organised, personable, and proactive School Administrator to join our small but mighty team at our village school near Pewsey. You will be the welcoming face of our school office, supporting staff, pupils, and visitors, and helping ensure our school runs smoothly.
Your role will include:
Welcoming visitors and carrying out safeguarding checks
Managing phone calls, emails, and the school’s main office functions
Maintaining registers, pupil absence, and student/staff data
Supporting school communication, newsletters, and event organisation
Helping to ensure a safe, tidy, and welcoming school environment
