What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone with excellent inter-personal skills, with a flexible approach to providing a high quality service in our busy school office. The successful candidate will be expected to deal effectively with the schools admissions process via Impulse, deal with a wide range of enquiries from visitors, parents, pupils, staff etc. Competence and confidence across a range of ICT systems is a key requirement. Knowledge of general office programs, word processing and maintenance of database records is essential and designing reports via the MIS.

Experience of work in a school office and knowledge of school management information systems preferred.

If you enjoy working in a busy environment, are well organised, resilient and have excellent oral and written communication skills, we want to hear from you. You must be up-to-date with current practice and have a real commitment and determination to ensure that your duties and responsibilities make an impact on our school environment.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and, therefore, the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for the role.
