School Administrator

Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

  • Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:00

  • Friday 08:00 – 15:30

Salary: Grade F6-8 – Actual salary £21,564.66 – £22,257.42

As a growing Academy Trust, we are looking for a proactive and organized School Administrator to support our leadership team and ensure the smooth running of our school office. This is a varied role involving general admin duties, reception cover, and pupil welfare support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team
  • Coordinate office tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with staff, governors, and external agencies
  • Assist with first aid, school trips, and events
  • Help at Reception when needed

What We’re Looking For

      • Strong organizational and communication skills
      • Experience in admin (school experience a plus)
      • Friendly, flexible, and team-oriented
      • Confident using office software and systems
