School Administrator
Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:00
Friday 08:00 – 15:30
Salary: Grade F6-8 – Actual salary £21,564.66 – £22,257.42
As a growing Academy Trust, we are looking for a proactive and organized School Administrator to support our leadership team and ensure the smooth running of our school office. This is a varied role involving general admin duties, reception cover, and pupil welfare support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team
- Coordinate office tasks and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with staff, governors, and external agencies
- Assist with first aid, school trips, and events
- Help at Reception when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in admin (school experience a plus)
- Friendly, flexible, and team-oriented
- Confident using office software and systems
