School Improvement & Safeguarding Lead job summary

As the School Improvement & Safeguarding Lead for Infinity you will be supported by the Education Director in the strategic improvement and oversight of a number of our schools working alongside the Headteachers to ensure the very best provision for our pupils. This work is varied and interesting including supporting schools with development planning, self-evaluation and the improvement of teaching and learning. This role would suit an experienced primary headteacher. You will also have responsibility for leading on the Trust’s Safeguarding strategy and ensuring that across our schools our team is well-trained, the systems are highly effective and that the welfare of pupils remains the number one priority.
