At Oasis Academy Leesbrook, we have a fixed-term maternity position open for an Administrator to join a friendly team, providing an efficient point of contact for prospective candidates, and existing staff members.

Job overview

You’ll be responsible for providing effective and high-quality administration support, promoting efficient delivery of the OCL Trust policies, supporting the ethos and aims of the Academy, and functioning as a key support in ensuring smooth operations across both recruitment and broader HR departments.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English
  • Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis
  • Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills
  • A high level of verbal and written communication standards
  • Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines
  • High level of confidentiality
