School Office Manager job summary
29.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term Time only plus INSETs.
Monday to Thursday 8.15am to 3:15pm, Friday 8.15am to Midday (30 minutes unpaid lunch)
Woodlands Park Primary and Nursery School wish to appoint a dedicated and suitably experienced School Office Manager to join our enthusiastic and supportive staff team.
We are looking for a School Office Manager who:
- Is friendly, motivated, flexible, calm and has a sense of humour
- Will ensure the smooth running of all administrative functions, which occur at school level
- Will work with the School Business Manager and Head Teacher to ensure the school operates effectively and efficiently supporting the school leadership team.
- Is able to organise workload and manage several tasks at the same time.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Has knowledge of school systems (SIMS) and good ICT skills using various software (online payment system, Microsoft, Word, Excel, online diaries, website and social media platforms). Training will be given.
- Will have experience of working in a school setting or other relevant environment.
