What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will be:
- A dedicated and skilled professional with a clear pupil-centred focus
- Aspirational and highly committed to improving the learning attainments and lives of pupils with special educational needs including autism, SLD, PMLD
- Experienced in working with pupils with special educational needs including autism, SLD, PMLD and autism, some of whom may display challenging behaviour
- Experienced in delivering a core subject to pupils with special educational needs including autism, SLD, PMLD
- Able to provide pastoral support for a designated group of students
- A robust and resilient practitioner able to perform in a dynamic and challenging environment
