- The ability to learn, apply & reflect on taught skills / strategies to support the child achieving their targets;
- Experience of working with children, particularly those with social & emotional or additional needs;
- Positivity and the ability to be flexible when problem solving;
- Good communication skills with staff/external professionals/ parents;
