Required from September 2021 SENCO 
Salary scale: Depending on Experience         0.4 or 0.6 FTE (days to be negotiated) 
 
Required from September 2021 a part-time, 2 to 3 days a week SENCO. 
 
We are seeking qualified and preferably experienced SENCO applicants, who are enthusiastic and committed to the aims of SEND; capable of initiating, developing and monitoring effective strategies which enable our SEND pupils to achieve their potential. 
 
This is a non-teaching role which requires excellent communication strategies with the teachers and the ability to report pupil progress clearly and concisely to the Senior Management Team.
