What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate and show evidence that they possess the skills and attributes to:

  • Have strategic development of the school’s Special Educational Needs (SEND) provision and oversight of the day-to-day operation of that policy with the aim of raising SEN student achievement
  • Be responsible for the learning and achievement of all pupils in, ensuring equality of opportunity for all and being accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct
  • Be committed in ensuring that every child will flourish through their spirituality and a love for each other.
