Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Would you like to work in an environment that values inclusion and individualised support? Cranmer Primary School is looking for a dedicated EYFS/Lower Key Stage 1 SEND Teacher to join our Additional Resource Provision (ARP).
JOB OVERVIEW:
At Cranmer Primary School, we are looking for a passionate EYFS/KS1SEND class teacher to deliver high quality lessons while successfully nurturing and inspiring our children in classes of no more than 8 pupils. As part of our energetic and welcoming team, you will enthuse and motivate students to strive for success while maintaining a healthy learning environment for children within the ARP.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- A Good Honours Degree
- 3 years teaching experience; although we would consider an Early Careers Teacher if they had trained and/or worked in a Special Needs School or unit

- is able to plan innovative and creative lessons
- is keen to develop and share their experience and knowledge, whether this is a move into specialist education or teachers already working in specialist provision

- is able to lead a class team in a positive, solution focussed way
- is willing to contribute to whole school development
- know that our children require lots of attention, the right sort of communication, consistency and flexibility in equal measure, and a non-judgemental approach.
