SEND Teaching Assistant job summary

Permanent, part-time SEND Teaching Assistant required, term time only, needed immediately. This is a Grade 4 role, working 22.5 hours per week over 5 days.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will lead small groups of children with learning or work 1:1 with pupils with additional needs as directed by the teacher and SENCO to achieve great outcomes.

Skills/experience required:

An enthusiastic individual who is motivated to improve the children’s life chances through their practice,

patience and non-judgemental attitude.

A flexible approach to your work and excellent team working skills.

Someone who will relish the opportunity to be a role model within our school.
