SENDCo Administrator job summary

We are looking for a SENDCo administrator who will work between two of our schools, Locking Primary School and Banwell Primary School - you will be required to provide your own transport between the locations.

Hours: 10 hours of administrative support for our SENDCo working across both schools to support our provision.

Salary: E4 £6240.28 per annum

Contract: fixed term until 31 August 2026

Interview date: 21 November 2025

The new SENDCo Admin will work in the SEND team and be responsible for:

- Completing SEND referrals e.g., Autism pathway

- Supporting parents and carers to complete referral forms

- Supporting with SEND resources

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with parents.

- good spelling and grammar skills to enable you to complete application form accurately.

- strong team-working skills.

- previous experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other high-level needs such as global delay, Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs is desirable

- experience of working with outside families and outside agencies is desirable.
