Are you an organised and friendly person looking for an exciting career opportunity that fits in with your family?

We are looking to appoint a Senior Administrative Assistant from September.

You will need to have:

A warm, positive and professional manner

The ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and cope with many interruptions

Good ICT skills

The ability to learn quickly!

Excellent literacy skills and the ability to confidently produce correspondence as needed

Good communication, patience and flexibility

Willingness to carry out other duties such as first aid and administration of medicines (training will be given)

A sense of humour and a willingness to be involved in the life of the school

The ability to work in a team

An outlook that is supportive of our Catholic ethos

A caring approach towards children and adults
