Are you a dynamic, people-focused professional looking to make a real impact in education? We are recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join our vibrant and supportive admin team, serving the families and staff across our seven schools.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be part of the administration team, line managing a group of administrators, and taking responsibility for key elements of the team’s workload. You will be helping to lead the team in handling enquiries, supporting families, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing phone calls and reception duties to coordinating key services like nurseries, school trips, and wrap-around care, no two days will be the same.
Experience of MS Teams, Word, Excel, and OneNote preferred, but candidates must have a clear and demonstrable aptitude for IT systems.
You’ll be equipped with the latest tech, including Microsoft 365 and our bespoke management systems, and supported by a collaborative team that values initiative and a “can-do” attitude.

- Strong delegation skills, with the ability to manage workloads effectively

- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Confident using Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneNote, Excel)
Hours and Salary
- Competitive starting salary: £27,800 full time equivalent / approx. £26,300 actual salary for a 40-week year
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (30-minute lunch break) for 40 weeks a year (term time plus 5 non-pupil days plus an additional 5 days in the school holidays)
