Join Our Team as a Senior Behaviour Support Mentor!
32.5 hours a week Monday - Friday, Term-time only.
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? At Bayside Academy, we are looking for a dedicated Senior Behaviour Support Mentor to help pupils thrive both in learning and life.
Bayside Academy is a Primary school in Poole, Dorset with classes from EYFS to Year 6.
In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver targeted interventions to support positive behaviour and learning outcomes.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCo and pastoral teams to create a supportive environment.
- Plan enrichment activities and life skills sessions to prepare pupils for successful transitions.
- Monitor and improve behaviour strategies across the academy.
- Resolve difficulties causing concerns as quickly as possible
