Senior Office Manager job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to recruit a Senior Office Manager to play a key role at Story Wood School. We have an exciting opportunity to join our office team of professional and dedicated staff as a Senior Office Manager at Grade 4. If you wish to further develop your skills and experience as a Senior Office Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for you to join a forward thinking collaborative Trust.
The successful candidate will be professional, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. They will be able to multitask and manage a varied workload prioritising in a fast-paced environment. They will have strong ICT, literacy and communication skills.

We are looking for a Senior Office Manager who;
- has experience working within a school office and managing a small team
- has a friendly and welcoming nature
- can calmly manage conflicting demands with a solution focused approach
- has experience in using administrative systems
- can demonstrate good communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- maintain confidentiality
- can use Microsoft office and other software competently
- demonstrates efficiency and good organisational skills
- demonstrate personal resilience and a commitment to your own professional development and to the stakeholders with whom you will work
- take minutes at meetings and handle sensitive information confidentially
