  • Experienced in, or motivated to develop, adaptive teaching approaches to meet a wide range of learning needs, including SEND

  • Confident in creating an inclusive classroom environment where all children feel safe, valued and able to participate

This role will suit you if you have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong understanding of effective primary teaching practice
  • Experience across primary age ranges, or the flexibility and enthusiasm to teach across key stages
  • Experience of, or a strong interest in, leadership responsibilities within a school setting
  • The ability to plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning
  • High expectations for all pupils and a commitment to helping every child achieve their potential
  • Experience of using assessment effectively to support pupil progress
  • A commitment to inclusive practice, supporting the needs of all learners including those with SEND
  • Excellent classroom management and the ability to create a positive, purposeful learning environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
  • A reflective approach to teaching and a genuine enthusiasm for ongoing professional development
  • An appreciation of the opportunities and rewards of working in a small, community-focused school
