Senior Teaching Assistant (Higher Level Student Support) Salary Grade G5 – Actual Salary £14,981 - £16,216 pa Term-time only - 32 ½ hours per week – 8.00am-3.00pm Monday to Friday As part of the College’s Student Support Team, the successful candidate will complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under an agreed system of supervision. Delivering learning activities for individuals/groups of students, monitoring students, and assessing, recording, and reporting on students’ achievement, progress, and development. The successful candidates will: • Have the ability to communicate effectively with both children and adults. • Be flexible and adaptable with the ability to use own initiative. • Have experience of working with children and young people. • Be a team player who will uphold our College values of Motivation, Commitment and Care We provide: • A well-resourced, forward thinking, and supportive College team. • Excellent care and support for all staff. • Comprehensive induction and on-going opportunities for Professional Development.
