• Full-time equivalent salary: NJC 12-20, £26,421 p.a. to £30,296 p.a.

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a Site Manager to be responsible for all aspects of site management across the school buildings, including a wide range of duties and responsibilities connected with the fabric and grounds of the school. This includes security, cleanliness, portage, monitoring of contractors, routine maintenance and refurbishment, repairs, advising the Head Teacher/Office Manager on suggested improvements to the general school environment, and to carry out risk assessments and pre-planned maintenance programmes.
