Sixth Form UCAS & Careers Administrator job summary
The role:
Are you passionate about helping young people plan for their futures? Do you have strong organisational and communication skills? Etone College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Sixth Form team as a UCAS & Careers Administrator. As part of this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting pupils with their UCAS or Apprenticeship application, organising educational visit, planning and managing Futures Week in coordination with the senior Leaders.
About you:
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, supportive and compassionate individual committed to assisting our pupils and providing a positive learning environment.
Skillset will include:
- Adequate level of literacy and numeracy (GCSE grade C or Equivalent in English & Maths);
- Previous experience working with young people or within an educational setting is desirable.
- Familiarity with the UCAS process and careers guidance frameworks (e.g., Gatsby Benchmarks) is advantageous.
