What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a creative and organised individual to celebrate our students and share our school's story with the community. This role blends digital content creation, physical display design, and vital administrative support.

If you have a creative flair, are proficient with social media platforms and have strong administrative skills with high attention to detail then this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging social media content for the school on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Design and update physical display boards across the school site.
  • Take photographs of school events such as Results Days, Open Evenings, Summer Soiree, Carol Concert.
  • Co-ordinate and manage annual whole-school student photograph sessions.
  • Provide administrative support for events such as our Celebration Event, designing and printing certificates.
  • Manage achievement and awards to celebrate students who demonstrate respect, service, and justice.
