Special Needs Teacher job summary

This is an opportunity to join our passionate, enthusiastic and ‘Outstanding’ team! We are seeking a motivated, skilled and resilient teacher who has experience of supporting young people with SEND including those on the autistic spectrum. They will have a flexible approach, exemplary communication skills and be able to meet the challenging needs of our young people. Due to expansion we are looking for teachers to work in either of our Key Stage 1/2 or Key Stage 5 departments. Start Date: September 2022 Salary – Teachers’ pay scale + SEN Point Experience of working in a SEN environment is desirable - a ‘can do’ attitude is essential! We can offer you: • Ongoing CPD support including Dorset Steps (TADSS) • Wellbeing package • The opportunity to work within a school which has been rated OfSTED ‘Outstanding’ three times consecutively where all can thrive and staff are highly valued.
