About Devoran School
We are looking for a team player who will complement our committed and vibrant team. Devoran School is situated on the outskirts of Truro set on wonderful grounds. We like to take the learning outside and make the most of every moment we have the children in our care. We are a team of 25 staff working from EYFS through to Year 6 in a one-form entry school.
The mental health of our children and staff is paramount to us and we work hard to ensure that our Trauma-Informed practice supports all children and that staff are also given the support they need in order to be successful within their role. We pride ourselves on focusing on three core values of being ‘Ready, Respectful and Safe’.
A commitment to continuing professional development is necessary; we work closely together and roles may be interchangeable to meet children’s needs. We are looking for someone with initiative and a willingness to become an active member of our friendly and professional school team – where happy children and their learning are our highest priority.
