As a Student Development Champion, you will have responsibility for matters such as reintegrating students into mainstream lessons following removal, consistency checks, on-call, uniform, attendance and attitude to learning, phone calls home, as well as supporting pupils with their learning in order to meet their targets.

This SDC role is currently based at our Upper Academy as the inclusion room lead, although Student Development Champions can be redeployed to other areas of the academy based on operational needs and their skill set.
