Student Support Officer job summary

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and outstanding full-time Student Support Officer who will become an integral part of our behaviour team. You will be expected to support our existing systems and strategies to address the needs of students who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning, whilst actively supporting and maintaining the ethos and values of the academy.

Tudor Grange Academy Redditch is a mixed comprehensive High School that admits students from year 9 through to year 13. We also have a bespoke specialist provision, Tudor Grange Academy Treetops, which admits students from year 7 with an EHCP stating a primary need of complex social communication and interaction difficulties including autism, which has an excellent reputation in the local community.

We offer an Employee Assistance Scheme provided by Health Assured - unlimited access to advice, information, and face-to-face counselling support on a range of issues, including emotional, personal, legal, and financial or relationship issues for yourself and those living within your household.
