What skills and experience we're looking for

Experience (All Essential)

Providing recruitment and resourcing expertise, ideally in an educational setting

Experience of developing and delivering innovative talent attraction campaigns that reach and inspire the best talent available to apply

Experience of working with key stakeholders to assist them in identifying and defining their current and future resourcing needs

Experience of drafting letters, reports and correspondence to a high standard and you must be able to demonstrate an eye for detail

Experience in a fast-paced People (HR) team delivering a high-quality service

Ability to successfully lead a team and line manage staff



Skills (All Essential)

In depth knowledge of current resourcing and recruitment best practices and relevant employment law

Ability to manage a varied and complex workload, delivering to timescales

Excellent planning, organisation and negotiation skills

Strong ICT skills including the ability to use and report from a HR Systems

Well-developed communication skills, the ability to inspire confidence in others
