Join Our Team as an EYFS Teacher at Hexthorpe Primary Academy!

Are you passionate about early years education and committed to fostering a positive learning environment? Hexthorpe Primary Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our team on a part time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences tailored to individual needs.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, reporting to parents.
  • Implement and maintain school policies on discipline and behaviour.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent learning opportunities.
  • Adapt teaching methods to support all pupils, including those with SEND.
  • Plan and lead curriculum-enhancing activities, including trips and guest visits.
  • Contribute to the School Improvement Plan and overall school coordination.

Person Specification:

  • Essential: Qualified Teacher Status, professional knowledge of high-quality teaching, understanding of inclusion and safeguarding, effective organisational skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Desirable: Evidence of continued professional development, basic safeguarding training.
