What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an excellent early year’s classroom practitioner, committed to child centred learning with experience of supporting children with a range of complex learning and physical needs.
  • Have a clear understanding of how to develop every child to their full potential.
  • Have a passion for play and a love for learning outdoors
  • be observant and will be motivated to engage in reflective practice and a researching approach
  • Have proven leadership,managementand interpersonal skills with the ability toinspireand be an excellent role model for others, including mentoring students.
  • Have an understanding of the unique safeguarding vulnerabilities of SEND learners and be willing to be a deputy DSL.
  • Work as part of a team and work closely with practitioners acrossallof our servicesto be a model and advocate for inclusive provision.
