£17,947.56 - £18,247.71 + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits Permanent, Full Time 33 hours per week, 39 weeks per year Immediate Start Make a difference, one student at a time We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in partnership with teachers to improve the learning and attainment of students while also promoting their independence, self-esteem and social inclusion. Clacton Coastal Academy is a rapidly improving school at the heart of the community and recently achieved 'Good' (June 2024). The school has experienced significant growth and improvement with student numbers now over 1,500.
