What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for you to:

• have energy and enthusiasm

• have experience of working with children

• have high expectations and aspirations for all children

• provide children with memorable and positive experiences

• have an interest in teaching and learning

• be flexible and creative, with an ability to problem solve and use of initiative

• support children with special educational needs with the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO

• support school health and safety policies to keep the children safe

• support school behaviour and mental health policy Experience of supporting children one-to-one or in groups with learning or behavioural needs would be desirable.
