Teaching Assistant job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and inspiring Teaching Assistant to join our team at King’s Park Academy to support our pupils over 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time including inset days) .
The post requires someone with:
· Experience of working with children in school and be able to promote an excellent desire for learning
· Passion for teaching and learning and wanting the best outcomes for all children
· Ability to support and promote an excellent reflective learning ethos
· Creativity and flexibility in the way you work
· Excellent communication skills
· Highly developed interpersonal skills and a sense of humour
· Commitment to your own professional development and participate fully in the life of the school and community.
