What skills and experience we're looking for

For after the October half term, we are seeking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant who will bring enthusiasm and a commitment to reaching the highest standards of achievement underpinned by our strong Christian ethos. Please note that over time you will be expected to work with all age ranges.

You will be:•

Supporting groups or individuals under the guidance of the teacher

• Supervising children and leading play at playtimes and lunchtimes, as part of your role•

• Flexible and open to change; the specific duties of the post may change as the school develops

• Involved in general administration work

• Experienced in positive behaviour management techniques

• Experienced at working with children with special educational needs

• Able to manage all situations with positivity, calmness and unfailing love!
