27.5 - 30 Hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Our Lady & St Joseph Catholic Academy is delighted to offer a part-time, temporary opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant school community. This vital role supports the smooth running of our school and contributes directly to our mission of serving our students and their families with excellence, care, and compassion.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in supporting the teacher in the day to day learning activities in the classroom.
  • Can support pupil wellbeing, behaviour and personal development, understanding the emotional and social needs of pupils, in order to enhance their learning and life skills.
  • Can demonstrate previous experience working with children on a 1:1 basis.
