What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:-

  • Is a highly effective team player with experience of working with SEND children
  • Has a TA 2 qualification
  • Is committed to the safety and well-being of all pupils.
  • Has excellent interpersonal, organisation, communication, and time management skills.
  • Experience of working with children with EHC plans
  • Experience of working in an Early Years setting

Clapham Terrace Community Primary School and Nursery are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly dynamic and thriving school.

The successful applicant/s will take up the post from September 2026

This is an exciting time to be part of the Clapham Team following our successful Ofsted inspection which rated us outstanding in four of the five categories.

Hours will be confirmed upon appointment, we will work with successful candidates to determine this.

This is a temporary post for one year initially with the likelyhood that this could be extended.
