What skills and experience we're looking for

Have a passion for working with and supporting children
  • Have experience of working with Primary age children
  • We are accepting applications from candidates who may not have experience but are able todemonstrate that they have transferable skills
  • Inhouse training will be provided to the successful candidates
  • Have GCSE maths and English Grade (A-C) or equivalent
  • Be able to support, encourage and adapt the learning for children
  • Have a calm, confident and patient manner
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team and promote the School's vision, ethos and high expectations
