The successful candidate:
- will have high expectations for all children, be a committed team player, and will work collaboratively to meet the learning and development needs of all children.
- have prior experience of working with children
- ideally have experience within a school setting
- will be able to support children’s learning and development
- Is creative and has a passion for working with children
- Has excellent subject knowledge
- Is confident in delivering to groups of children of all abilities
- Is empathetic, patient and uses their initiative when working with children
- Is flexible and has experience of working with primary children
- Is open to professional development opportunities as part of a curriculum team
