What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Have experience as a Teaching Assistant in an Early Years or primary setting
  • A NVQ Level 3 qualification for Teaching Assistants
  • Have high expectations for all pupils
  • Be committed to providing a stimulating, creative curriculum
  • Be able to work well as part of a dedicated team
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be able to motivate and engage pupils with their learning

Teaching Assistant with experience working with children in Early Years settings would be desirable, however you must be prepared to work throughout the school if required.
