What skills and experience we're looking for

Our teaching assistants work in a variety of roles including; supporting classrooms, leading interventions, carrying out lunch duties and proving support for specific children. The successful candidate will ensure that children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment. We have great facilities and are committed to delivering a creative curriculum.

What the school offers its staff

The Beacon Federation, part of the St. Benet’s Multi Academy Trust, is seeking to extend our teaching assistant team to ensure that we provide the best learning and support for our children. The post will be initially based at our Garboldisham C of E Primary Academy site.

We are looking for a hard- working and enthusiastic person to join our fantastic team. You may be a graduate wanting to gain experience for a career in teaching or social work. We offer opportunities for you to get an insight into working in a successful primary school environment.
