- become part of an experienced Special Educational team at Finham Park
- shadow High Level teacher assistants (HLTAs)
- have 1 to 1 time with the school SENDCO
- have responsibility for supporting students with a range of special educational needs, both in the classroom and in small group settings
- receive training in supporting students with a range of SEND
- attend professional development events throughout the year to match your own areas of interest and personal development
- have personalised careers support including a 1 to 1 session with the Head of 6th Form and application guidance as required
- have one-to-one guidance from the Lion Alliance about a career pathway into teaching

Finham Park is a popular and successful 11 -18 comprehensive school situated in the south-west of Coventry. It has an excellent reputation within the local community as well as nationally and internationally with our staff are both dedicated and highly qualified. The school was accredited as a World Class School in 2015, 2018, 2020 and 2021.
Ofsted described the school as a place where there is a strong culture of learning and a proven track record of academic success, with students consistently making above average national levels of progress in their studies in both Key Stages 4 and 5. The behaviour of the students is Outstanding.
Their eagerness for learning allows our teachers to deliver stimulating and innovative lessons that result in rapid progress. There is a clear focus on the development of teaching and learning through engagement in national research programmes with a strong structure of support at all levels.
