  • shadow High Level teacher assistants (HLTAs)
  • have 1 to 1 time with the school SENDCO
  • have responsibility for supporting students with a range of special educational needs, both in the classroom and in small group settings
  • receive training in supporting students with a range of SEND
  • attend professional development events throughout the year to match your own areas of interest and personal development
  • have personalised careers support including a 1 to 1 session with the Head of 6th Form and application guidance as required
  • have one-to-one guidance from the Lion Alliance about a career pathway into teaching

Finham Park is a popular and successful 11 -18 comprehensive school situated in the south-west of Coventry. It has an excellent reputation within the local community as well as nationally and internationally with our staff are both dedicated and highly qualified.
