We are seeking to appoint an ambitious teaching Head of Year (any subject will be considered) with the drive and expertise to work in a collaborative and effective pastoral team. Our appointed Head of Year will demonstrate an excellent ability to teach and the energy, passion and character to lead the staff and students in their year group to be successful both in and out of the classroom.
The Highfield School is an ambitious 11-18 comprehensive school, where all are encouraged to achieve their full potential. We have an excellent reputation both academically and pastorally and we firmly believe that all our students are entitled to a curriculum that is innovative, relevant and accessible for all.
