Team Leader SEND job summary

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our growing Trust and to help create an exceptional learning experience for pupils within our school. In addition to Class Teacher responsibilities you will take specific responsibility and accountability for the day to day management and organisation of your teaching and learning responsibility (TLR).

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a curriculum area, leading regular meetings relevant to your TLR area and developing and enhancing the teaching practice of other staff. Our aim is to provide our pupils with the best possible opportunities to succeed with future goals and aspirations in all areas of their life including social, emotional, physical and communication. We strive to ensure our pupils reach their full potential to allow them to actively participate in the wider community and to prepare them for adult life.
