Technology and Art Technician job summary

We are looking for a technician to work as part of our art, design and technology department.

The purpose of the technician’s role is to work as a member of the Academy’s strong teams being their support in delivering practical lessons. Our technicians are integral to the effective running of our classes. We need someone who can prepare resources, support students in the classroom and maintain a clean and safe working environment. The role will involve meticulous organisation, a positive approach to learning and engagement in staff training to support outstanding practice.

The role is full time working 37 hours per week for 39 weeks per year (school term time working including development days).
