What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to recruit a Technology and CPA Technician: -
- To assist students and teaching staff during practical classes, including demonstration of skills, techniques and equipment, provision of advice etc., at an appropriate level
- To prepare for, and clear away after, practical classes including reclamation of parts and materials as necessary, checking of equipment and cleaning workspaces including the ovens
- To assist teaching staff as directed in the preparatory work for examinations
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- An understanding of health and safety in the workplace
- The ability to liaise appropriately and sensitively with colleagues and students
- Good organisational, planning, and interpersonal skills
