We are excited to share an opportunity to join our central team as Transformation Lead.
This is a key role within our Transformation team, leading high-impact projects that improve the way we work across the Trust. Working closely with senior leaders and colleagues across a range of functions, you will lead processes and systems transformation, driving improvements and shaping ways of working that enable us to deliver even better outcomes for young people.
You will lead complex transformation projects from concept to delivery, using data, insight and stakeholder engagement to identify opportunities, implement change and ensure lasting impact. The role will also play an important part in exploring how technology, automation and AI can help us work more effectively and efficiently across the organisation.
This role is a full time, all year-round role, mainly home-based working with travel to our head office in Birmingham and our academies as required.

About you
You will be an experienced transformation, strategy or change professional with a track record of delivering organisational improvement and leading complex projects. You will be a strong communicator and relationship builder, comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels and translating complex challenges into practical solutions.
