Trust Estates & Compliance Lead job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Trust Estates and Compliance Lead to oversee the strategic and operational management of our Trust's estate. This role is central to ensuring our school environments are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and future-ready.
Working closely with the COO and CFO, Headteacher, and site teams, the successful candidate will lead on health and safety, statutory compliance, capital projects, and facilities management across all our primary schools.
We encourage applicants to arrange a time to visit our Trust and one of our school sites.
This role is initially 2 days a week (0.4 FTE), with the potential to increase.

We are looking to appoint a person who:
- Has a passion for estate management
- Has a NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent L3 in Health & Safety (or working towards)
- Has experience of estate and facility management in an educational or public sector setting
- Has a cheerful, warm and welcoming personality with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders
- Is reliable, efficient, and flexible
- Is able to work as part of a team and is willing to learn
- Speak fluent English as in accordance with part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016)
