What skills and experience we're looking for

As Trust Lead Practitioner for English, you will play a key role in raising the standards of teaching and learning in English. You will work closely with the Director of English, Heads of Departments and the School Improvement Team to develop and implement strategies that improve student outcomes and support professional development within mathematics. This post will be predominately based in our Sunderland Secondary Academies, at either Academy 360 or Oxclose Community Academy, with opportunities to work across other academies in the Trust.
