What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a teacher who has:
- Experience of teaching in Key Stage 2 (Upper Key Stage 2 desirable)
- A strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment requirements
- Experience of delivering high-quality teaching that leads to good pupil progress
- High expectations for all pupils’ achievement and behaviour
- Experience of using assessment effectively to inform teaching and learning
- A commitment to inclusive practice and meeting the needs of all learners, including those with SEND
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and carers
- A willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school
